Ettiquette

Our goal is for your session to be a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

It’s always a good idea to arrive a few minutes before the start of your session to center oneself and relax. Take a few minutes to listen to your body and understand if there are any areas that need some extra attention, or that should be avoided. Before laying down for a massage, we will talk to understand if there are any injuries to avoid, or any extra attention.

If there is a preference to start face up or face down for the session, now is also the right time to let the masseuse know that.

We can chat during the session or be quiet, it’s up to the customer.

Halfway through the session, the customer flips over on the table to allow better access to their other side.

At the end of a session, the masseuse will step out and allow some time for the customer to get organized, dressed.
